you have to put KrX_surup.phrases.txt into /sourcemod/translations/ folder.
it works fine for me, and others.

For the tank issue, i didn't spawn it manually. This happened when i'm playing "Dam It" map... Anyways, i've tried this plugin on other maps, it works fine.

well, i've solved the MOTD issue by adding "motd_enabled 1" at my server.cfg and now the MOTD window will pop out every time on map start!
