i found that if frozen nado froze zombie, no damage will caused

any one know how to hurt zombie even under frozen?

yes, i know this one, but it is not what i want, that can respawn zombie, but i want zombie have chance respawn as human.

there is nothing special shows in console, i just wander may be server is not good, and too many players play, so server crash? is that possible?
