False answer. SMAC had a 2017 version, just type on google "SMAC 0.8.6 download"

Any AntiCheat can't block/ban all cheats but this can help to prevent.

Before installing/using SourceBans, did you gived the rights by cstrike/addons/sourcemod/configs/admin_simple.ini ?

Maybe you forgot to remove them from there
