TF2 MvM required upload speed

Alright I have another problem. When I use the lan pack the server run smoothly, however when I tried installing sourcemod 1.6.0-hg3868.zip it crashes without log and it says about missing something...

How do you fix the item buying bug? Because when I look the pak01_dir.vpk in GCFscape I don't find the scripts folder where the npc_abilities.txt need to be fixed
