Yeah, it will be great to have that plugin, but people are using over 100,000,000 word's, and it will take too long to write the .txt file.

Sorry but it telled you teh wrong commend for vote kick.
Players can open their console and they can type vote and the menu witch player will open.
For Example:
vote "player name or player code"

"ce" is the most common at the end of the admin acces, but if "ce" will not work try to use "de", but "ce" should work.
