I've fixed my problem. It was a protection issue on the themes_c directory.

I've just installed the latest build and it all seemed to go OK. after removing the install directory I get the following:

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

SteamBans is good for community banning but I want our admin management on a local server under direct control. Please keep SourceBans going as a separate product that can be hosted by the people...

I am unable to add any additional admins. The message comes up to say they have been added and the log shows I've added them but they are not in the database and they don't show up through the...

Got this fixed, it was caused by 'register globals' being set.

We still get a blank page whenever we access anything from the initial page sterted in the browser with RC1c, here is the output from the debug=1:
