An easy way to do it is to use amx_addadmin and give the user flag "t". There's no reason for me to add an extra command to add vip's when there's already such thing that comes with amxmodx....

I came upon a little bug myself. The plugin was giving everyone the hp, armor, nades, etc. instead of only VIP Players. Also, i see no reason why it won't work, the plugin is configured to give those...
