Thanks for the reply but I did test on multiple maps doing it all over the place so I don't think that's the case. I'm playing Blade Symphony maybe it just doesn't support this plugin for some weird...

Just tested this plugin and it ain't working for me, I can use the admin menu and see all the chat messages but don't actually see the decals at all even though I have the vtf\vmt files in my game...

Is there a plugin out there that adds permissions to entity triggers or something among those lines?
I wanted to setup something on my server where only mods\admins could press...
