mysql part is not working only.It's not inserting info to mysql only.Whole gamemode is working fine i think.If you add manualy urself to mysql u can play.

Lrs not working for me anymore...
Only works shotgun lr and fruit lr
They just do not appear in last request menu.

AND REBELS not turning to red color anymore ;(

Have you tried to change versions sourcemod to:
1.4.4 (stable)
1.4.5 (stable)
1.5 (dev)
If it not helping try to download another one server to your computer.
