It seems like this is a problem with the map and not the server. The map is probably spawning too many entities for the server to handle. You could try adding -num_edicts 4096 to your start up...

The error means that there's no free space for entities. There's bug in the Source engine where this error occurs even when there's still free space but this error could also be caused by the map...

Actually, I ended up fixing the problem by installing the 32-bit bit version of ncurses5-compat-libs and it seems to be running smoothly :)

I think you would need sv_cheats to be set to 1 which I wouldn't recommend as it would allow everyone on your server to access cheat commands. Instead I would install the advanced infinite ammo and...

I installed the package you linked as well as lib32-gnutls, and the ncurses5-compat-libs AUR package which includes libtinfo.so.5 and libncurses.so.5 however I still get the same error.
