Might want to distribute it the way valve did. It seems that damage is doubled with each level up (along with the health of the tank, etc) so perhaps the points should double too. i.e.

I asked valve support, and they replied saying the team scramble a known issue and a patch is in the works, so I won't bother with this plugin.

I tried cranking up that maximum allowable search ping (sv_search_max_ping or something like that) as well as the max search results way up... and it seemed to greatly improve results.

z_restrict_team_change didn't work. It did prenvent people from spawning in as the tank though. They'd see that a tank is coming, then the message would disappear and there'd be no tank.
