Hm, what would be the cvar to turn off the internal ranking system? Don't find anything in the multi1v1.cfg or in the game_cvars.cfg, nor in your readme or on github.

Dear splewis,

I love your plugin and am grateful for all the work you put into that!
It would be really great if you add a feature soon, to turn off specificly the built in ranking system...
