Well I installed the plugin.. Shouldnt the models come with it?

Getting this error in csgo, i cant connect to my server anymore....
Pure server:
[GAME]\materials/sprites\store\trails\bluelightning.vmt does not match the servers file.
Ive tried everything, even...
