fresh install, advert. plugin, rules plugin... nothing more... installed sourcebans, and zr was destroyed

no, the databases.cfg in the sourcemod\configs folder is the only file which is needed by both plugins... if im overwriting it with the zombiereloaded addons db.cfg, zr is running, but not sb...
