It is not easy if you have not done it before, you need to decompile the map (using bspsource for example) install CSGO SDK (Hammer Editor), fix the major issues like optimization, and compile it...

It isn't working on my server btw, i don't know why, i just replaced every LDR map with the HDR ones and this error was fixed

I've tested it, and yes, there're issues with some materias like gravity, etc.
Also there's an issue when zombies get speed by the map, if you throw a nade to them, after the slowmode they'll have...
