You can use my build script. Just install git, clang and g++-multilib (apt-get install git clang g++-multilib) and run ./l4d2_build.sh.

I mostly always build for myself and use the latest versions of the sourcemod, metamod and sdk sources. I never experience any compatibility problems. And this is just a small extension, not some big...

Also a long time SDKHooks_TakeDamage does not work (possibly other hooks), no errors, if I use compiler 1.11. When returning to compiler 1.10 everything works right away.

I noticed that some players, when they play on the server, have autoaim enabled, which should only work on joysticks or in single game, judging by the ShouldAutoaim code.

Definitely if you are using dhooks :) Not all my servers need dhooks, left4downtown or left4dhooks. Therefore, I prefer to use the simplified obsolete version, l4d2_meleespawncontrol :)
