I assume u use Harry Potter’s plugins. In line 141, just only Print the first value satisfy condition of j then break the Loop, no need to print full the Loop

Thats because Choke/Bury Abilites block button Attack, Shove and Use while choke/bury. In other words, U cant use that button while get affected by that ablities. Thats sourcemod default when block...

From my test, I didnt see any defib spawn on map at all, unless your plugins mess with that. I used Vscript for remove specific weapon for long time.
Just in case, Add

That bug is happen on old version too but I dont report that until now

"Finale Only" only work on first time in finale. If u lose finale then restart that Final map again, all tank spawn even before finale start will spawn as Mutant Tank

balancer_hp_factor_tank "0.5" mean x5 base HP of Tank. You should set something like "10000" or "0.05" maybe... not sure about 0.05 but sure about 10000. Set to "10000" then

I think Vampire abilities need options like How much health of Tank get from damage survivors. Like multiple with 5~10 because even with Expert difficult. 100 hp from incap one survivors is not a big...
