There is, and a few more such as Circling Moon Cloud, and other i don't remember the name, as you can see on the bellow links (and also documented on the wiki I think). However, nobody seems to know...

This mod is awsome!

However it posseses one flaw with the percentages.

1st example:
12 Players
Each class restriction set to 25% (.25)
Allows:
3 Demos
3 Snipers
