Buddha mode would solve the issue. This way it's possible to rocket/sticky jump, and knockback still applies.

I think if you wanted it to be instant, you could put sm_ubercharger_charge_amount "1.00" (since default says it's 0.03, therefore adding 3% ubercharge every x seconds) and for the interval...

But I seem to be unable to turn the beacon off, I set it to sm_ubercharger_beacon "0" in the cfg, am I doing something wrong?

Edit: I can't mess with any of the cvar stuff.
