in my opinon every one know the plugin of Players Drop money ! So waht i need is a plugin that when palyers die they drop health ! other players can take that health ! so it gives him X hp !...

I suggest that you re-write a part of the plugin! why did you don't make it with MTOD ! (it will like a login pnael because you can use php)
then if the player enter a wrong password another MOTOD...
