Gaps between players amounts and so on can be related to fake players, bots and such things. This plugin was not inteded to be used on servers with fake clients or bots. When i write players i mean...

Found a smarter way todo this code, bugs should be fixed. Please let me know if there are any more problems left, thx. For empty or servers with just 1 player "mp_disable_respawn_times" is default...

1.0.3 is the latest version, just added a hook for the fb_respawner_minplayers convar so admins can change settings for min/max players on the fly and not have to wait for a (dis)connecting player....

I was looking for the same plugin as GM-Scorp. I guess the problem with sb_all_bot_team is that server will stay "in use" after the server is empty. Is there a solution to prevent the server shutdown...

Well the mapchooser2 just sets the nextmap my a vote or not. You need the FB-Mapchanger to force the mapchange, so you need both plugins to "work" ;)
