The reason I use ban is mainly because these little 12 year old bigots will keep coming back and trying to putz around after a bigot kick. Usually makes for a frustrating night for most players.

It only happens at map change.

Reverting Metamod had no effect.

At this point I am considering restoring the older AMXX mod
