Busted since 183 branding. 182 works. Clean installs without 3rd party plugins, aliases, or shortcuts. Pristine test environments. Other admins, other countries, not just me.

I updated the approved 'spawn protection script (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpost.php?p=2677109&postcount=385)'. That will cut down on spawn deaths from over-stacking.
