I got it working with UDP(yay A2S_INFO), however I noticed:
It requires to "connect" before you can use SendTo;
Our servers segfaulted sometime during the day, however I didn't have core dumping...

I think FMRES_HANDLED stops hlengine from doing anything with it after that, unlike FMRES_IGNORED which doesn't stop anything. Correct me if I am wrong, please.
