Hello! I was wondering about reseting bonus times, as they are neither included in the reset of all times nor do they have any written command to remove them.

It was not sv_friction, made a little video to show the difference.
Both of the servers have the same friction (sv_friction 4, default) but the first part is using this bhop plugin and the other one...
