Did you try reading your own posts? You were using "1.0.0.9f.01", now you're using "1.0.0.9f".

Only the CS:S build is designed to handle 64 players, everything else has a hard limit of 32.

Nope, if a developer wants to make you waste hours trying to install something with no instructions, that is entirely their prerogative.
