it might be steams fault , ive gotten that once and after couiple hours it was fixed by itself.so maybe u should jus shut it down and restart after couple hours...

hey guys i decided to make my own dedicated server and so i did , and i added on some plugins wit ur guys help and i got amxx on it =] now wen i go in my server i stand there for at lesat 20 minutes...
