i got it working in my server the menu comes up and everything but when i select a hat or glasses i dont see it on me at all and it is downloading the files

its not working on my server i even used cheatengine to enforce sv_cheats 1

also when i type sm_vbac_value in console its says its an unknown command but i put the smx in my plugins folder..
