i would say in this case slapping would be more a way of exploiting .. this command is not to be intended to do you get free from possibly stucks... for me, as an admin, i would not make the slap...

if someone abuse this command its the fault of higher admins for trusting this command to this lower admin .. sm_slap is not a command a normal player can execute .. so if admins abuse this command...

just compile it from your local pc not the webcompiler.

you need to have the ircrelay.inc in your addons/sourcemod/scripting/include/ directory, too, i think o_O

EDIT: Oh I forgot to mention .. this version will generate extra ATAC logs in your game logfile. All code changes done by me are specified wit BEGIN...
