Your database.cfg is incorrect. You have an error in the editing somewhere in the file. Most likely a opening or closing brace {} is missing somewhere

If you see the ingame message that the stats are disabled for not having enough human players, it means that you need at least 2 human players in the game, so you will need to play with someone else...

The error message from the log is only caused when the user cannot logon. Since it is returning that error message, we know the server and database name are set properly, so it can only be a couple...

If you want to combine the stats from both servers into one web application, that works fine. All you need to do is install the plugin on each server as normal. it will automatically work.
