AMX 1.8.3 Problem

I've just installed 1.8.3 in my server but while checking "meta list" only amx is loading rest other modules are not loading i'm using linux and on windows it's working fine

I updated to amx 1.8.3 and it's running but other modules like fun cstrike hamsanditch etc not appearing in meta list only amxmodx appearing there what could be the problem ?

I never had this problem before but from some days now when i connect to my server everything downloads perfectly but while connecting it just stucked there

What could be the problem ?
