A little confused

So i want to make a Turret that shoots out napalm grenades or even napalm by itself that deals X damage but i've been very unsuccessful.

Any pro coder able to help?

Well i followed other plugins and looked for a while, saw this command and tried it.

register_clcmd("say /start", "Startgame")

and it just crashed the whole amxx for my server.
