Can someone fix the bug with the sounds? glock has no sound or sometimes has mp3 sounds and weapon mp3 sounds like glock ..

How can i make the cmds !dmg and !hp to only work when you are dead, When you try it while you are alive to not be able to. It has "Stats_pug" and it worked good but i lost the one who worked good....
