when I compile the sp files, before I movin the smx and sp to the folders, do i have to rename the tf2itemsinfo_testvk files...

to change your command to public in the admin_oberrides you need to write it like this:
sm_fi ""
when you set the flag of the command access to "" that setting the command access to public.

abuot that players can't see their own hats its something on your server like error file or a plugin that disable it

when you open your server in -console mode you have after type map <map you want>
after you type it server automitically reload your server.cfg

I saw a problem in Uber Upgrades with Updater, when Updater is works the plugin ok, but when the Updater crashed the plugin spamming and then the server crash (I forgeted what the plugin spamming),...
