Thanks. The cvar rankme_show_bots_on_rank had the values swapped, 1 was being false and 0 was being true.
If next time you can post the cfg on inside a tag would be easier to read....

When opening the webinterface, instead of just going for the index.php (or /rank/, etc), open the restore.php?echo. (Ex: http://localhost/rank/restore.php?echo) and post me what it returns.

No, he doesn't. If you rank by other ways than steam:id, you need to use the value being used (IP,Name).

Well, when you use the plugin in MySQL, you need to set it's configs in databases.cfg, look at the first post for more info.

For ranking by kills - deaths, just set the cvars for giving points only for kills and no extra points by difference or objectives.
