Good Idea. Add it to the main code (.teams). And new suggestion: block the usage of .map command while game is running. Only when match is over or cancelled the command can be used.

statistic. It's like receiving skill on GN. :)
The plugin works on all servers and counts the skill for the player. And then adds the skill points to the existing ones in a file.

Well... Points for each player, for events like:
Kill, headshot, knife kill, HE kill, 2,3,4,5 kills in a row, - points for team kill, deaths etc.. something like this.

I need a simple plugin, which counts the warnings given by an admin to a team (NOT player). Commands: amx_warnt > gives a warning to the TERRORIST team.

I think it works, but I want different messages at the end of the half. At the first half "Score at the end of the half" and at the last one "Final Score".

./hltv +connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:27015 -port 27020
OK, now the server starts with the HLTV connected to it,...

Wouldn't be more simple if you make a amx_gag command, but only preventing them of using the 'say' command. Not the voice or say_team command. And you can make a separate command to gag 4/5 players.
