CS 1.6 "Terrorists win"/"Counter-terrorists win" no longer being played?

Hello, after installing HLStatsX:CE the round win noises are no longer being played. Is this something I can re-enable?

Thanks! Sadly, the tNoUnlocksPls (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=140045) plugin seems to have broken and the the developer is no longer working on it. Is there a working alternative?...

When an engineer re-supplies at spawn manually, or respawns, his buildings are destroyed. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? This is game-breaking so unfortunately I can no longer use this...

Anyone else having the issue of kill streaks not being cleared upon death/suicide? For instance, players respawn, and the sounds will continue "megakill", "ultrakill", etc.
