I would like to post my observation when using amxbans on LAN server.

This select is not good on LAN server, because everybody have steamid equal to STEAM_ID_LAN, so it keeps saying...

I finally solved problem with HLGUARD
It was my stupid mistake...

When I was updating hlguard_lan.cfg, I forgot to change %w for %i, so for example in Alias Detection section it...

AmxBans is not able to manage bans on LAN server, because some functions in amx plugin and web interface are...

I did i little test when banning by IP with hlguard.
I have three computers at home.
192.168.1.2 - 1st player
192.168.1.3 - 2nd...

This is because you have amxbans.amxx before admin_sql.amxx in plugins.ini.
You have to swap this two lines.

I cannot add live ban, everythink seems ok, but in player listings (section add live ban) i see all players but i cannot click on button "kickban" because it is disabled, as well the other form...
