Well it was a fresh install from the start. When steamcmd came around I just deleted everything and made a fresh install.

For some reason on the latest HLDS build, the plugin causes the server to lockup for like 5 seconds after a map change before resuming.

changing the cvar from teleportmod 1 to 0 doesnt have any effect. It tells the players that the plugin is disabled but it still works.
