[DEAMON] A stale process...

Hello,
i have a daemon problem now,

After i start my daemon i check the status and it shows this:
A stale process was found for daemon on port 27500. It has been removed.The stats dont update....

02:59:20 = csay Daylie server restart in 40 seconds

+ The Terrorists can Pick up NADES and the C4
- The Terrorist canīt pick up any WEAPONS

bugs:
- it not remove the other weapon from the weaponlist (u can have 2-3 weapons or more)
- if you buy 3 pistols, it drops one on the ground
