Why you ask? Using server_cmd("amx_execall amx_sv_tag") is a horrible way to do this. For now, I am unapproving do to that reason. If you make it better, request it to be reviewed again.

Actually, the *et_cvar_* has to go through every cvar the server has until it finds the one you provided and then change it. The *et_pcvar_* is done by memory reference I believe.
