I seen some guys micspaming and, when I was mute them (from usuall menu, not source plugin), that wasn't work - I was keep hear them.

No, no. I mean, mute in hame, not via sourcemod. Like they don't want to hear some of admin and go to menu of game and mute him from there. Can I preclude that?

Like sm_somecommand #1 #2 (where #1 is that player who would damage to #2 player no one else).
