i got some servers and i want to block some cheats like: Wh/Aimbot/SpeedHack and more like smoke or sound .

i did, i changed the lines at libist.gam from:
gamedll_linux "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod_i386.so"

to gamedll_linux "dlls/mp_i386.so"

that all.
