!shop is not working (smjansson installed)

I have items on the store ( trails - titels )
wepanel is working.
!store is wroking .
database is working.
smjansson is working too .
when i open !shop or press shop from store menu it closes...

guys i fixed it by enabling external access ! thanks i have another problem gonna make new thread for it !

I have created another mysql account using freewebhoster and now when i want to use the store it says :

My tf2 server isn't enabling vote for the next map

Please help me .
My server isn't showing the vote for the next map even though the map is ending and when it ends the same map loads again and again can't vote for the next map , i can only change...
