If you haven't noticed already, that is the localhost, i put a .sql file in there it connects to it.

It doesnt seem to connect anything outside other than localhost,

But then it does connect,...

The database is accessible from the server yes, it just doesn't seem to connect on either both databases i have linked it to, i don't know if this is a sourcebans version error or...
