Edit: Also I don't think sm_rcon gives a print in chat like that. Atleast for mp_autokick. sm_cvar is to blame I think.

Use sm_show_activity 0 to remove whole message and print it on your own in the given event. I don't think the "Admin" / "Console" part can be removed.
