only particles are not downloaded

already tested the fastDL on a skinchooser plugin and it works like charm

anytime 2 players joins the server the server auto crash
rare scenario 4 players joins without guns only knives
then server auto crash again
no error logs
Linux machine
sourcemode build 6266...

Everybody knows that after panorama update the MOTD is not an option to use !fragradio etc.. plugins to play music in the server
is there any simple plugin out there that can make players download...

every players joins with the panorama mode his/her game crashes when entering the server
but players who is joining without panorama mode they can still play
is...
