Small changes. This just makes the weapon given is owned by you. Version in the plugin given is 1.13. Aswell fixed typo "gimmme" instead of "gimme" in command descriptions.

Using OnClientConnect would be instant kick as it's fired before player_connect but could be too early to call the steamid, you could possibly use event player_connect or OnClientConnected otherwise...

I edited the plugin with author information & client validity check and also so it actually blocks the default message.
