I'v also seen a amx mod that you can load entities in mid game add them...

server.cfg isn't run every map change to do this you would have to add some commands to the autoexec.cfg or somthing I belive the easyst way is to add the mp_timelimit to the amx.cfg file?

alot of old amx plugins can be easly ported by simply recompilying them many of the old gore mods comile real easy into 1.0 some won't for those that don't just post the .sma file in req and ask for...
