I find ZR easier to maintain and there are a lot of awesome opportunities with it, but I miss a small little detail from ZM, the !scream command. I loved spamming that around scared people camping...

Annoying thing with the source updates is: Valve attempts to totally crush our servers. Why can't they make updates that doesn't screw the servers 5 times over??
